If your IQOS is accidentally damaged, you don’t have to be left without it. Replace your device* instantly, if eligible at our IQOS Click & Collect partner stores listed below. In this case, you need to first use our online diagnostic tool to troubleshoot your device. If you are eligible for a device replacement*, you will receive the respective notification when you complete the troubleshooting online and you will be asked to choose a replacement delivery or collection option of your preference.
