If your IQOS is accidentally damaged, you don’t have to be left without it. Replace your device* instantly, if eligible at our IQOS Click & Collect partner stores listed below. In this case, you need to first use our online diagnostic tool to troubleshoot your device. If you are eligible for a device replacement*, you will receive the respective notification when you complete the troubleshooting online and you will be asked to choose a replacement delivery or collection option of your preference.

Alternatively, you can also replace your device online through our courier service or through the IQOS customer care team via the Facebook and Twitter channels*.
