Introducing the IQOS CLICK & COLLECT service.
At IQOS, offering convenience and flexibility to our adult customers is our utmost priority. We are excited to announce that the IQOS CLICK & COLLECT service is now available for your online purchases1 at selected stores in Kuwait.
What does this mean?
You can purchase IQOS at our online shop and choose to collect it yourself from one of the IQOS CLICK & COLLECT partner stores.
How IQOS CLICK & COLLECT works
- SHOP ONLINE - Simply browse the IQOS online shop, choose the IQOS products you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout.
- SELECT STORE - If your order is eligible1, you will get to select the IQOS CLICK & COLLECT option as a ‘Shipment Method’. Choose the store nearest to you and complete checkout.
- COLLECT IN STORE - Once checkout is complete, you will receive an order confirmation message by email or SMS. Your order is now ready for collection and you can collect it instantly and free of charge from the IQOS CLICK & COLLECT partner store you selected.
*The IQOS CLICK & COLLECT service is now available at the following partner stores:
- City Centre – Dasma
- City Centre - Shuwaikh
- City Centre - Fahaheel.
