Terms and Conditions

  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Registration discount voucher code (“Voucher”)

1. You can use the voucher only if you are (i) an adult (21+) smoker or user of other nicotine containing products; (ii) residing in Kuwait; (iii) registered an account on IQOS.com with the same mobile and email address as provided to the IQOS Expert at the time of your lead registration (“Website”); (iv) intended recipient of the Voucher; and (v) first time IQOS purchaser
2. Validity of the Voucher: until 30 June 2023 unless terminated earlier pursuant to Article 12 herein.
3. The Voucher with a code “IQOSKW05” provides a discount in the amount of 20% (equivalent to KWD 5) on the value of one IQOS 3 DUO System purchased within one direct order placed on the Website.
4. The Voucher with a code “IQOSKW5” provides a discount in the amount of 20% (equivalent to KWD 5) on the value of one IQOS 3 DUO System purchased within one order through IQOS Trial Program.
5. The voucher can be combined with only the Referral Code that might have been provided as part of the Referral Program
6. This code will be auto applied to your account in the process of your checkout. Hence, you will not be allowed to add any other code of lesser or equal value (Other than the Referral Code that might have been provided as part of the Referral Program that can be combined with this code)
7. Please note, you can buy more than one Devices in the same order, however, in such case the discount of 20% (equivalent to KWD 5), will be split proportionately among the Devices.
8. The Voucher cannot be used if you already have a device linked to your account.
9. In case the Voucher was not auto applied for any reason, you can redeem it by inserting the discount voucher code “IQOSKW5” (For IQOS Trial Program purchases) or “IQOSKW05” (For direct purchases) in the field called “Enter voucher or discount code” on the Website.
10. The Voucher is personal to you and may not be transferred to any third person.
11. “Terms of Sale” published on the Website will apply to your purchase. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
12. We reserve the right to modify and/or cancel this Voucher program at any time at our sole discretion without any notice. Any such modification will be effective immediately.
13. These Terms and Conditions may be changed and (or) supplemented by publication of the updated Terms and Conditions on the Website.
