These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotional offer run by Al-Waseel Consumer Commodities Company.

1. General Provisions
   1. The offer is only applicable to adult (21+) IQOS users and smokers or users of other nicotine containing products who are registered on IQOS.com and residing in locations where delivery is available in the state of Kuwait, as stated in the Terms of Sales.
   2. The offer under license no. 2206108889.
   3. The offer is subject to availability and will run until Monday, 29^th August 2022.
   4. The 40% discount offer is applicable only on IQOS.COM and is applicable on one color of chargers only, per order.
   5. The 40% discount will apply automatically to one or more pocket chargers of the same color added to the cart. If other colors of charger are added, the discount will apply to last color of chargers added.

   6. These Terms and Conditions may be changed and (or) supplemented by publication of the updated Terms and Conditions on the Website. The revised Terms and Conditions shall come into force and effect upon publication thereof. We reserve our right to cancel the offer at any time without any further notice or giving reasons thereof.

   7. General Terms of Sale published on the Website shall apply.

2. Stock Availability and Order Limit

   1. This offer is subject to availability and certain colors might become out of stock during the duration of the offer. Stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Any item placed in your basket is not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

3. Return

   1. In case you change your mind, you can return the products in accordance with the terms of the General Terms of Sale published on the Website. You must return the products in the original packaging. The refunded amount would be the same as was paid and was reflected accordingly in the invoice details by the time of purchase.
