These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the IQOS Anniversary Offer run by Al-Waseel Consumer Commodities Company.
1. General Provision
1.1. The offer is only applicable to Adult (21+) IQOS users and smokers or users of other nicotine containing products who are registered on IQOS.com and residing in locations where delivery is available in the state of Kuwait, as stated in the Terms of Sales.
1.2. The offer under license no. 2206108889 will run until Wednesday, 21st of December 2022.
1.3. The offer provides 30% discount on all accessories, and devices purchased within an order placed on the IQOS.com website. The 30% discount code will apply automatically to all the accessories and devices items after being added into cart on the website. The discount is not applicable to HEETS and will be reflected accordingly in the invoice details.
1.4 Multiple discount voucher codes received from the IQOS referral program or from goodwill initiatives, can be used against a single order, unless the other promotion/program has terms and conditions that state otherwise. In order to apply other voucher codes, you would either need to insert the code into the field “Have a Voucher or Discount Code?” or select the voucher box prior to check-out.
1.5. This offer is only applicable to the items listed under the ‘Accessories’ and ‘IQOS Devices’ categories of the Shop section on IQOS.com.
1.6. These Terms and Conditions may be changed and (or) supplemented by publication of the updated Terms and Conditions on the Website. The revised Terms and Conditions shall come into force and effect upon publication thereof. We reserve our right to cancel the offer at any time without any further notice or giving reasons thereof.
1.7. General Terms of Sale published on the Website shall apply.
2. Stock Availability and Order Limit
2.1. This offer is subject to availability and certain items/SKUs or colors might become out of stock during the duration of the offer. stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Any item placed in your basket is not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
3. Return
3.1 In case you change your mind, you can return the products in accordance with the General Terms of Sale published on the Website. You must return the products in the original packaging. Specific to this offer, individual products purchased as part of the offer can be returned. The refunded amount would be the same as was paid per each item and was reflected accordingly in the invoice details by the time of purchase.
