Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotional Offer run by Al-Waseel Consumer Commodities Company.

1. General Provisions
   1.1 The offer is only applicable to Adult (21+) IQOS users and smokers or users of other nicotine containing products who are registered on IQOS.com and residing in locations where delivery is available in the state of Kuwait, as stated in the Terms of Sales.
   1.2 The offer under license no. 2112106401 will run until Friday, 6 ^th May 2022.
   1.3 The offer provides 20% discount on any order that includes “ IQOS 3 DUO System any color  + IQOS 3 DUO Door Cover any color + IQOS 3 DUO Cap any color; excluding limited editions", placed on IQOS.com website. The saving, which is equivalent to minimum KWD 6.5, will be split using a weighted average among the eligible products in a bundle offer, and may include other additional items you purchase on the website within the same order (including an additional bundle), except for HEETS and will be split and reflected accordingly in the invoice details. You can utilize the bundle offer once per every single order, accordingly two or more bundle discounts cannot be combined in one order. However multiple separate orders can be placed to avail multiple bundles.
   1.4 Multiple discount voucher codes received from the IQOS referral program or from goodwill initiatives, can be used against a single order, unless the other promotion/program has terms and conditions that states otherwise. In order to apply other voucher codes, you would either need to insert the code into the field “Have a Voucher or Discount Code?” or select the voucher box prior to check-out.
   1.5 This offer is only applicable to the items described in point 1.3 above of the Shop section on IQOS.com and excludes IQOS 3 DUO WE Limited Edition or any other limited editions.
   1.6 These Terms and Conditions may be changed and (or) supplemented by publication of the updated Terms and Conditions on the Website. The revised terms and Conditions shall come into force and effect upon publication thereof. We reserve our right to cancel the offer at any time without any further notice or give reasons for its use.
   1.7 General Terms of Sale published on the Website shall apply.

2. Stock Availability and Order Limit
   2.1. This offer is subject to availability and certain items/SKUs or colors may become out of stock during the duration of the offer. stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Any item placed in your basket is not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

3. Return
   3.1 In case you change your mind, you can return the products in accordance with the General Terms of Sale published on the Website. You must return the products in the original packaging. Specific to this offer, individual products purchased as part of the offer can be returned. The refunded amount would be the same as was paid per each item and was reflected accordingly in the invoice details by the time of purchase.
